Key Recruitment Group is an established multi-disciplinary recruitment services business experiencing an increasing demand for the provision of specialist IT recruitment services. In response to this need we are looking to appoint a Research Assistant who will take responsibility for serving and building our IT personnel placement business.

You will focus exclusively on placing IT positions and growing our share of this market. Consequently we are looking for someone who has a technical understanding of IT systems and processes or has experience in assisting recruitment for the IT business sector.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification
In-depth knowledge of the IT Industry (drawn from previous IT studies or experience in IT recruitment)
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Drivers license (preferably own transport)
Competencies
Excellent communication skills
Social Media/Natural networker
Client focused
Self-motivated
Ability to work with little supervision
An eye for talent
