IT Sales Representative Required for AMEA Technologies.

JOB PURPOSE:
To actively seek out and engage potential customers. The successful candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer acquisition levels and profitability.
This position involves external sales of Hardware, Software, IT Services and SLA contracts.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility to go permanent dependant on the candidate’s performance.

MAIN DUTIES:
• Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Generate leads and turn them into opportunities for sales
• Contact potential customers through email, telephone or face to face
• Arranging meetings with prospective clients
• Identifying opportunities for new business
• Ensure administration and paperwork is up to date
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Communicate continuously with direct reports regarding target progression
• Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Collect and deliver hardware to clients.
• Meet KPIs as set by the direct report
• Provide in depth analysis of work done for new business and existing business.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Desired Skills
• Must have 3 years sales experience and IT knowledge
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Technical sales experience with Hardware.
