Our team is made up of IT Specialists who have the knowledge and understanding of how to liaise with customers.
Job Requirements
- Assist customers with their IT support remotely - over the phone or via email - as well as on site.
- Weekly visits to various customers to conduct ongoing server and desktop maintenance and support.
- Assist customers after hours if the need may arise.
- Closing of tickets and relaying quality feedback to customers.
- Effective communication with your team members and customers
- Forward thinking and driven by technology, finding solutions for customers to better their IT experience
- Able to work under pressure and have initiative
- Driver’s license and reliable car required
Qualifications and skills
- Matric/Grade 12
- MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+
- 3-5 years Technical support
- Must have some networking experience and possibly worked with AP's, switches, firewalls etc
- Understanding of Exchange and mail flow and working inside Office 365 Admin Center
- OS and 3rd party Software installation and support
- Grasp of Virtualization locally and cloud services such as Microsoft AZURE
- Bonus if worked with Ncentral Remote monitoring and Maintenance software or similar
