I am looking for someone that can help me out with IT support for some of my clients. I run my own IT support business supporting small businesses, but i sometime find myself overloaded with work and need someone that i can work with that can help me out when i am too busy or when i need to take leave.
As I will be introducing you to my clients and entrusting my business relationships with you i need someone honest, reliable and trustworthy to work with. I would prefer to work with someone in a similar situation to me, who provides IT support to businesses full time and works by themselves or who has a small company. Not someone who has a full time job somewhere already.
This is not a job offer, it would be purely as and when needed and you would bill me directly for any work at my clients at your agreed hourly call out rate / fee. I need someone that is available during the day and has their own transport / laptop / phone etc. There are no promises on the amount of work, some months there may be very little, other s more. I just need someone reliable that i can call on when i need help and i can do the same in return for your clients if needed. Hopefully it could build to more over time as i grow my client base and we can maybe work more together to help each other grow our businesses.
The environments i support are mainly small businesses, 5 - 50 users, Windows AD domain environments, Windows Server 08 -12, SBS 2008/2011, Exchange, Office 365, Windows 7/8/10, Office, firewalls, networking, ADSL/ LTE /Fibre etc, so i would need someone that has a reasonable understanding of the above. I would provide introduction to my clients that i may need help with and explain the setups / environments.
I do not want someone who is going to try and steal clients from me! Trust is a very important matter as you will have access to my clients systems / data and it will be my reputation at stake.
My clients are mostly in the JHB northern suburbs, Rivonia, Sunninghill, Bryanston, Sandton etc with a couple on the East and West Rand, so would prefer someone who operates in the northern suburbs.
