IT support program that logs support "calls"

scenario:company with 250 users

only 3 IT support guys - happens alot that all of us are out of office (on site) and have missed calls..

is there something(app) other than email that we can setup at client side that can submit a support ticket to us/central pc(app).

We've used a program called IT Helpdesk. Don't think it's that expensive and it's very basic. Do what it's suppose to
