We’re on the lookout for a serious web-ninja to join our team! If you can work in a manic studio environment, are passionate about IT, and PATIENT with less-than-knowledgeable clients, you might be the one we’re looking for!

Nuts & Bolts
We’re looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in the IT support field, with a proven track record of IT support excellence! Your responsibilities will include:

Internal Work

Internal Work

  • Providing desktop, email & network support (including printers, IP phones etc.)
  • Basic server support, maintenance & admin.
  • Quotations, ordering & RMA of hardware, software and consumables.
  • Liaising with and managing remote IT support & telecoms providers.
  • 1. Hardware vendors
  • 2. ISP’s
  • 3. VOIP
  • 4. Alarm & CCTV
  • 5. Access control
  • 6. Pastel
  • Monitoring and basic maintenance of our beloved server room.
  • 1.Aircon
  • 2. UPS
  • 3. Generator
  • External servers
  • Domain & DNS Management
  • Support tickets
  • General office maintenance when required
  • Maintaining asset register

External Work

  • Client email, DSL & hosting support
  • Basic and limited remote desktop support
  • Dedicated server management assistance
  • Dealing with IT suppliers
