It will take a long time to fix Eskom

Fixing loss-making power utility Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd. is complex and it will take time for the government and the company to agree to a plan, according to Moody’s Investors Service.

The energy firm, which supplies about 95% of the country’s power, has about 440 billion rand ($29.9 billion) of debt and is surviving on state bailouts after massive cost overruns at two partially completed coal-fired plants.

No, it's a total loss. All it is, is a place to make steal money from and rob the general public.
A bottomless pit to throw money away.

Agree to a plan?! The shareholder instructs and the SOC jumps.
Would that it were that simple.
- Divided shareholder
- Unions
- Workers affiliated with above unions
- Moles inside said SoC fighting against any attempts at reform

They did start.

By planning a plan for a plan to strategise about a plan to fix it...

The anc can only break things they cannot fix things.
Fixing costs money they would rather have in their ba k pockets.
