God its like they believe the only way their online shop can succeed is garnering users from MyBB, why so much effort?

Like seriously there are better ways to promote your store, go sponsor a few local Influencers, send some product out for review, there are a million and one ways to get your company out there in SA, this isnt one of them.
ITWorkup needs a new marketing agency, like they need a new website design team ....
 
To be fair, if you google ITworkup - Mybroadband is the very second hit, just after their website.
So they'll want this to look as good as possible.

The carbonite thread is interesting - they came to the conclusion that it's primarily grey imports that's being sold, but not a scam.

It wouldnt be so bad if the grey stuff was actually cheaper than local stock , but their prices fail on every level ... not to mention 15% discount, bUy NoW!

Today's been a win... got my e-volcher for 500 buck after dropping review and google post. Used it to get the Dell laptop been eyeing. Cannot vouch for the phone you mentioned, but scored a sweet 7% off the Dell laptop, and got reply conferming SA warranty, so fingers crossed. Looks like some stocks local, some overseas. Why dont you just ask them about phone and warranty... they asnwer fast. They got offices all over world so that might explain it. With 7% off, R500 voucher, free shipping, and the best price in SA, it's a killer deal for me again. Starting workers day with a cold one and delivery set for Monday, so unless something goes sideways, I'm all smiles. It's wild how folks bash a new IT supplier without doing real checking or buying. Does not add up for me. Maybe this is all there competitors bashing them here.

That why went to see the office make sure not some dodgy shed. Place is ultra modern and very nice setup. Wish took pictures to add here with there logos an all. But when you put in google "ITworkup reviews" this blog comes up first and put my review... then saw the bashing here so fighting the fight because i took that red pill :p

Also how TF did they go from a retailer to a supplier , does the other suppliers know, I bet Rectron, Tarsus, Mustek is shivering in their boots...

I've read better whatsapp scam messages trying to hire me to leave reviews for big $$$

Apology my man, one thread below was reading what @rh1 wrote about phone. Saw they selling "Realme" phones... so sent them a message and got reply that its with the distributor so maybe they making some mess of the pricing or an error. Other thing is they replied again at 7pm top me. The real hard thing to believe is the REALME C67 model is 1/2 price of TakeAlot and they said delivery next day and its on promo now. Look i am not buying this phone, i have my contract, but this is cvrazy deals

Cause it's a grey import and not approved/licenced for SA ... nvm ICASA ....


PS not that I am a fan of ICASA but radio gear needs to be type approved
