Thanks for the update here everyone...I've been looking at these guys for some parts for a new build.
They had some good prices and were pretty quick on the email responses.
yeah they did and it all seemed above board. Concerning they disappeared overnight. From what I read on forums and saw in pics on Google they seemed to have a fair few people working for them, surely someone from there will comment on whats going on? Has anyone tried contacting the EU branch?

I am pissed that I have now seemingly lost all local support. I could have saved myself a few grand and delivered the phone to a friend overseas and had them bring it to me when they visited, now that warranty doesnt matter!

I have emailed the EU store, maybe that can provide some clarity. If they get back to me I will update the thread.
Post the contact details here so other people can contact them and help get things moving if there is indeed an issue with the local guys.

This can't be right? Wasnt their rep was responding in this post almost two weeks ago?

It is right, the rep responded on the 11th of Feb:
Dear Faux_Grey,

We truly appreciate your fantastic review and your support! 🚀 It’s great to hear that your Ryzen 7 5700X3D is performing exactly as expected.

We always strive to provide genuine, high-quality products at unbeatable prices, and we’re glad you got an amazing deal compared to traditional retail packaging.

Looking forward to supplying you again in the future! If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out.

Thanks again, and happy gaming! 🎮🔥

Best regards,
ITworkup Team

Hi everyone. I registered an account just to comment as I have been following this thread and I am a bit concerned.

I purchased a smartphone from ITWorkup. It took longer than expected, an extra few days after the expected 14 business day mark, but the team was very communicative with me the entire way (Ulrich and Tim) and replied to my emails very promptly. They explained the delay was due to issues with customs, which I completely understand and empathize with. My last communication from them was this past Tuesday when my item was delivered to me and I received the automated email confirmation from their system.

I was very happy with their service but I am concerned now about any warranty claims I may have in future. I purposely ordered my phone from them rather than saving myself a few thousand rands buying direct overseas as I wanted a local distributor to handle any warranty claims I may have in the next several years.

Hoping ITWorkup can comment on what exactly is going on and if any future warranty claims will still be handled?
Same here. Received my phone in working condition after a month. Only issue I had was that the device box was tempered with because the courier did not provide any secure sleeve or box.

My box was still fully sealed and had not been tampered with, at least from what I could see.

Anyone though of just going to the office and seeing what's up I bought a cpu(5700x3d) but opted for payment on delivery so just lost the r500 deposit but already bought everything else so still gonna end up needing to spend 1.5k more on the cpu at another place on top of the deposit.Sucks even more because I'm 16 so 2k is a lot

Same details as for CSSi the company that is in the building with them.

What does this even mean? :(
It means that there is a fight going on with ITwork in Europe. Not sure what else this means. I take it as though my order for my cell phone will in all likelihood not be fulfilled. I wish I knew more of what was happening. Really, I just want to receive my phone that was suppose to arrive on the 4th March according to their communication with me!

Getting this message. It's a link within CSSI website. Perhaps we should contact these guys?

So sorry bud. What a crap thing to happen. This seems really bad and I am wondering how many others have orders pending.
I received my order on the 4th of March in the morning, I was probably only a few hours away from losing out as well!

Hi all, just left the offices. I managed to get the phone I ordered but it seems I am lucky. The itworkup people apparently didn't pitch for work today so the brilliant guys that own the building, CSSI, are sorting through all the inventory and are trying their best to fulfill orders. I suggest if your order was supposed to be in, you should call or go there and see if you are as lucky as I am.

Orders that are newer I hope you guys can get a charge back. Both itworkup and fenway sites are down and Google says they are closed, so unless the guys can tell us differently I think check if your order has been delivered to the office, if not charge back if you can..

Good luck everyone

Edit: please note that the people in reception and there physically aren't itworkup people, just good guys trying to help, so please don't be rude or angry at them.
