Hi all, just left the offices. I managed to get the phone I ordered but it seems I am lucky. The itworkup people apparently didn't pitch for work today so the brilliant guys that own the building, CSSI, are sorting through all the inventory and are trying their best to fulfill orders. I suggest if your order was supposed to be in, you should call or go there and see if you are as lucky as I am.

Orders that are newer I hope you guys can get a charge back. Both itworkup and fenway sites are down and Google says they are closed, so unless the guys can tell us differently I think check if your order has been delivered to the office, if not charge back if you can..

Edit: please note that the people in reception and there physically aren't itworkup people, just good guys trying to help, so please don't be rude or angry at them.
So randoms in the building are now fulfilling orders? Guess everybody that ordered better hurry on down before that is stopped.

None of this makes sense, what a mess. This should be reported to the CPA ombudsman IMO. I am feeling physically ill as I was hours away from potentially losing a serious amount of cash with them, pure luck that I got my order. Its going to take a really good explanation from "Tim", "Ulrich", "CSSI" or "James" as to what the hell is going on here.

James, I am not sure how you think this will fill any of your customer's with confidence going forward. You should have communicated immediately when this "shareholder" dispute happened. Instead you allowed everyone here online to speculate, panic and get angry at what was actually happening there behind the scenes. There are many panicked customers here who thought they had lost a lot of money this week. How do I know your company will actually honour any warranty claims I may have in future, when you just shut off internet and phone communication literally overnight and no one could even get a hold of you guys.

Very unlikely... FB goes quiet for nearly a year but in the last month has picked up again... just all to suspicious for me.

I was expecting at least some negative comments from those screwed over, unless those are being deleted
 
This is what I got back from the EU store...

"Hello,

I know I am a new person, no not an internet warrior. All i want is a refund or my order. This experience honestly makes me never want to use ITworkUp again.
So besides introductions has anyone here noticed that ITWorkups location is completely off of Google maps. I can't find it. Its not there anymore. I truly hope CSSi either fulfills my order or completely refunds me. I am already planning on taking legal action if neither happens

I am honestly beyond scared that I might not receive either my order or my refund. Any words of any encouragement won't help. I need proof. That this isn't what its starting to look like.

Yes, EFT. I've already gone to the bank and they said to file open a police case which has been done. I don't want to go through these steps to gain access to my money but I will if need be
