can anyone tell me how I can go about listing ppl on the ITC?
I have followed the legislation i.e sending 3 letters then a letter of demand etc. I now need to know how to list these terrible payers.
the other issue is that my dad was listed (after being a businessman and doctor for 35 years) by a mistake made by a large well known private hospital. what kind of legal action can be taken against them? the amount was paid to get his name off the ITC as soon as possible though.
But doesnt he have rights against this kind of thing? He never received one letter, let alone 3.
