Itemised billing USELESS!!

I upgraded to an Anytime350 package. When I look at my itemised billing, it shows 0.00 for all my calls, data usages etc. Some calls are international and some are roaming, all showing 0.00. I was told as long as it comes off the inclusive R350, it does not show an amount. How stupid is that?? I would like to know how much each call deducts off my R350 as I have different rates for my calls and can't go and calculate every call. How do I know if MTN deducts the correct amount for my calls. (I have had numerous mistakes on my account. Now I can't see the mistakes:(
 
How are you supposed to claim back for business calls? Work out the minute rate/60 * call duration for each instance? WTF? MTN are deducting what they feel like, and you have no way of knowing. They know their billing platform is kaput, but the'd rather screw their customers than take the hit and sort themselves out.
