An exciting opportunity exists for an Iteration Manager within a well-established software development company. With presence in the African continent; our client has a track record of more than 15 years and provide innovative software and application solutions to the financial services industry. The Iteration Manager will be responsible delivering on agreements for software services and fulfilling the scrum master role.
The Iteration Manager will be responsible for the following including fulfilling the scrum master role and ensuring team delivers in each sprint, submission of sprint budgets, Managing of client deliverables ensure minimum requirements are met in audit sprints, policy and procedures and handling client requests.

• Matric
• Relevant Degree / Qualification in Software Development
• Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Minimum of 3-4 years project management experience in the software development industry
