Has anyone done this exam lately...is it even worth doing...I thought it might help me with HR and getting some interviews at least....
If anyone has any advice that would be great, thanks.

Yes I actually did it a few months ago. It is quite different to v3 and is aimed to integrate with newer frameworks including agile and devops.
