I haven't eaten yet since 13:30 today.

I need to make something quick because I have to go to sleep.

Should I fry 2 eggs or eat a bowl of oatmeal?

I also have yoghurt.
 
Doesn't matter. Its a write-off either way.

Now plan a proper rocking salad for tomorrow (the kind with cheese & stuff).

Rather skip the oatmeal and go for the eggs, protein is good and wont have a as bloated feel as the oatmeal
 
Drink water, go to bed, wake up early and eat the biggest most awesome breakfast ever (and forget the salad, men don't eat salads :erm: )

What is the best breakfast in your opinion?

I'm thinking of doing little bit of scrambled eggs with a slice of sausage an bit of bacon maybe a little bit of cheese with it.
 
Picard, did you go for the eggs? I can't sleep on an empty stomach. Even if I fall asleep after a couple hours I'll wake up hungry!

Bacon, eggs, fried onions, sausages, guesstimate, toast, more bacon...unless there is left over braaivleis!

I ended up eating a small bowl of oatmeal and some Provita with butter.

For breakfast this morning it's just yoghurt.

For first break I'll order a toasted bacon, egg and cheese sandwich from a local coffee shop.

Rule of thumb is not to have any carbs for dinner/late at night, and you should be fine.

Carbs is what gives you "instant" energy, you won't need the energy so all you'd be doing is spike your blood sugar and insulin and gain weight (because insulin is an ******* that way)
 
OK, it is 9:48 and I can't stop thinking about lunch. Do you guys suggest I eat the apple before the naartjie or the naartjie before the apple?
