Anyone having problems with Itunes?

I cannot connect on my PC - says check connection. Doesnt load on Ipad either on wifi buts works on the Ipad when I turn wifi off and run cellular data. I have telkom adsl with netgear N300 - all was working until this morning.

I cannot download either. Had a large Tom Tom update so moved across to my Mweb account to download it.

Not one of my i devices or my pc.... and guess what.. yes you guessed it. Helkom has no answer.....

Same here, none of our devices loads Itunes Store.

Still cant get in to app store or itunes - was working fr a while last night - Telkom have no idea what i am talking about!!!! Who elase can I contact

I am having the same issue. iTunes cant connect to the iTunes store.
Also I no longer have FTP access. Any FTP server I try to log on to returns an error.... server not responding!!!
WTF have Telkom done... idiots! No FTP, can't upload, no earnings... thanks Telkom.

I tweeted @telkomza yesterday after I had the normal runabout by telkom 10210 call centre.
Eventually recieved a call by a rep from Telkom Media Management centre.

Telkom moved from the 41 to 40 IP adress prefix. And the geolocation is an issue at present.
Or that is what the rep told me.

This morning things sdeem slightly better.
I could sign into itunes but still no downloads etc..
Dunno if Telkom is my answer to an ISP though... Openweb is now R209 for 2MB uncapped unthrottled....

Having read this thread, now realise my issue with my tablet not downloading app updates is related. All other functions are fine on tablet and P C.

This also effects FTP and Apple Secure Network connections. I got nowhere with Telkom. They passed me from person to person and the Tech Support person didn't know what FTP was!
