Itunes downloads slow

Has anyone else been experiencing very slow to nearly impossible slow downloads from itunes recently? When i vpn to work from my phone, the download speeds are normal. Almost like vodacom is limiting itunes downloads.

On Afrihost - getting a lot of timeouts on iTunes music. Maybe related? Maybe Apple's CDN has issues?
