iTunes, why doth thou hurt me so?

What on earth is this? Any suggestions?

Mobile data has just disappeared since start of month.
Reset stats 2 days ago, when I started listening.


Only listen to music in the car in the mornings, when dropping daughter off at school.
So what gives with the "System services"?



What is meant by iTunes Media Services?
Is it possible that this could be linked to Apple's TV service? Maybe synching "Severance" episodes (downloaded to my iPad) to my iPhone, in the background?
Any ideas?

I had turned off WiFi assist and never went back to check on this again. Not sure when it happened. Could've been with a new OS update, but my iCloud backup was switched on. No idea how long has been going but it makes sense since my data usage when I'm not at home was through the roof.
