Itunes won't connect

Hi everyone

I have a laptop running Windows 7, my Itunes will not connect for some reason. I have tried on multiple internet connections and still doesn't work. I have tried through cmd to do winsock fix,ipconfilg dns flush,etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check that it's not blocked in Windows Firewall....
 
I did and still nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times too!
 
Uninstalling won't help because all the settings still remain. Here's link explaining how to remove some of the left over bits:

Also try deleting the following folder:
\Users\[your username]\My Music\iTunes
