So I can't remember the last time we bought "haddock" because the wife doesn't like it. But I never knew it wasn't real haddock. Apparently South Africa hasn't seen real Haddock since the 70s.

Am disappoint.

As a kid brought up in the early 80s in Australia Haddock Mornay was Mouthgasm, came back to RSA in '84 and every time afterwards it was a massive let down. I could never figure out why. Until now today Thank You

Just double check your fish as well, sometimes it's not all hake but cheaper angelfish mixed in with it.
