So after an ugly tiff at my local "Telkom shop" I managed to get Reubens Cell number.

First of all let me explain my frustration:

I've been waiting for my line (and 8 other residents in our security village) for 4 months now. The biggest bugger being that the exchange is like right next to our estate, in Rustenburg's biggest and fastest growing suburb.

Do you think I should phone him and harass him?
Will it maybe help in me getting my line sooner?

Phone and ask politely what is going on, and that you're still waiting for your line.

Do not harass, stalk or scream, be polite.

But if it is then Ask realy nicely or you are going to wait even longer if you piss on his battery.

plus, i'm not sure if one random chap called Reuben can make the earth move for you? there's obviously some sort of logistical problem preventing you from getting access at the moment. best person to talk to would be head office?
