Ivy who?

I don't know if there has been one, but I say we start a petition to get poisonous Ivy out of the seat, and put some else in there that can actually do the job.

We can then send the petition to the media, government and opposing political parties and what the hell... even to her. She said "If I am doing a bad job, I will step down".... so lets help her with her wish.

So moderators, please put a sticky up and let democracy live!!!

Petition to remove Ivy

One of the petitions in my sig below (namely http://www.antitrust.co.za/petition/) includes "Removal of Dr Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri from her position as minister due to gross negligence and mishandling of the South African telecommunications sector" ---- sign it!! (Sign 'em all)

Well, I don't believe in being vindictive, so I don't think that Dr Ivy Matsepe-Cassiburi should be fired.

I do, however, think that she should be given a new job. Such as the ambassador to Burkina Faso, or some other place that most Americans have never heard of and few South Africans care about.

Why inflict her on Burkina Faso? The people there have already too many problems. Rather send her on a peace-keeping mission in Afghanistan. She will surely revolutionise their telecommunications.
