We learned recently that another friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Another. While the late Jackie Collins died at the good age of 77, our friend is only 38 with young children. Our friend is a fighter. There is no reason to believe that she will not pull through. It's just so many are being diagnosed with this scourge.

It goes without saying that regular check ups are a must.
