I say if they con interogate the accuser then they should do the same to the accuse.

What astounds me is that our former deputy president can say that he didn't think one could HIV just by having sexual intercourse with a woman. (He was also appointed as chairman of the AIDS council or something...)

But then again, our president did say that HIV does not cause AIDS, so I suppose anything is possible.

He has not yet been convicted - so his HIV status should be private and has nothing to do with anybody.

Victims should have the right to know the status of their rapists only IF they have been convicted.

yo definitely have a point charl .... just because someone is accused does not mean they are guilty and as such should not be forced into anything .... but he has chosen to testify and as such ... he is fair game for the lawyers

@ charl.voster the victim is hiv+ and ALL her sexual history were being opened up in court by zuma lawyers so the same should be done with zuma

crap! It is easy to accuse somebody of doing something. You people are assuming he is guilty until he proves innocent - that is wrong and unjust!
