Jacuzzi - Fitted and Tiled

Hey guys

I want to get a Jacuzzi installed (fitted) and then tiled. Not wood like everyone wants to punt because its easy and you can just drop it in.

Now to find someone to do this that doesn't seem shady or like a scam has been quite an effort.

I was wondering if any of you guys have used anyone reputable or decent lately ?

Is wood used out of preference because of it's lack of thermal conductivity?

I have no idea ? I just know most places want to do wood! but it is high maintenance.
