@Neotel opening my ports ASAP or whatever is wrong with your network.... so that I can get RDP working. Come now dude I have been patient enough and the call center is still useless....
 
Things I would like to see address in Jan - Sorry in advance if they are outside your power.

1) Get the call centre up to standard. They are completely useless, you know it, we all know it. Have Managers on the floor 24/7 so that customers can chat to them if they are having problems

2) Sort out the problems with torrents not working correctly

3) Update your website to include call rates (eg: how much it cost to phone telkom, cellphone subscribers etc) on each package

4) And of course please rollout your bandwidth meter!

Hi, We cancelled our NeoFlex contract last month. Is it possible to send someone out to collect the device as it doesn't look like we've been charged for it? Username was [email protected]. Thanks.
 
Hugo, It's been totally useless for the last 2 days.

The whole of yesterday and the whole of today it hasnt worked. Just keeps disconnecting.

online gaming just not on with neoflex at the moment

just give us a stable connection with the required speeds that the neoflex service is supposed to offer please!!!!
 
anything under 150kb/s is useless :)

DoBroadband 3 From Telkom is 5GB + 4mb line + 30 GB Local for R 554 p/m + normal phone line rental, not bad if you think about it. 5GB from Neotel is R 499 @ 5.6kb/s so you choose.

I think I have been patient enough with this crap
