Same here - really feel for them - so much more heart the the others - actually I'm tired of all these South American Teams - anyone noticed how thuggish they are - not to mention the diving all over the place.

and on a mercenary level (ie return on our WC "investment"), the South Americans are not a great tourist market for us - the English, Japanese, USA much better from that point of view.

Is it my imagination or is the gees reducing as the tournament wears on (or maybe it's just because my teams are not going through.

If I see another Fernando or Suarez or Ramos or any other Latin name, I'm going to puke.

Four of this year's 8 quarter-finalists are South American teams and then there is also Spain #5 which basically the same from most people's point of view.
