jasjam flashing problem *cry* / hair pulling

hi people's
i have an issue with my jasjam, when my brother told me 6.1 was out i though oooo gotta have the latest and greatest so i did that and while updating the rom it stopped at 38% now heres the thing yes i bricked it but...

i can get the loader the 3 colour bars but unable to get Windows Mobile Device Center to connect to it does not find it, i have tried a hard reset but does not fix it or get me any closer.

i have done alot of reading on this forum as well as other forums plus google my eyes are burning from trying to fix this issue as i got told if i can get the loader up it can be done in most cases, please please please help me out here i think i have 50 more grey hair come up.

i did this from the xda site got the FF and th write nand success downloaded the file renamed it put it on my sd card rebooted as it says but nothing anyone know what iam doing wrong or something missing?



Please follow the following steps to revive your Hermes:
1- Close the USB port on the activesync.
2- open the program MTTY (you can find it within this forum) and connect your Hermes using USB.
3- inside MTTY give this command:
task 32
if the answer is FF this means your Hermes is locked and you can go on with the steps.
now give this command in MTTY
set 16 0
the answer will be (NAND WRITE SUCCESS).
4- Disconnect your Hermes from the PC.
5- Format your micro SD card with FAT16.
6- Download the official JASJAM ROM (JASJAM_WWE_1.20.305.104.zip) and extract the file hermimg_wwe_1.20.305.104.nbh and rename it to hermimg.nbh
7-Put the file hermimg.nbh on your micro SD card and inser the card into your Hermes.
8- Reboot your Hermes and it will start the command Download, in this case press the power button to continue.

The operation will take about 20 mints to finish, if it hangs do a reset and repeat step 8.

keep repeating step 8 until the operation ends with a success.
