Jawbone Up

I read some reviews saying the jawbone up has some reliability problems.
Has anyone had a problem? Also how do you get a replacement in SA

Im still not 100% convinced about it at this point. A safer bet would probably be a Nike fuelband.

I like the sleep tracker and smart alarm which both the fitbit and the fuel band dont have

No smart alarm and the sleep tracker isn't has detailed.
I thing the up wins but my concern is reliability and customer support in SA

Yeah I wasnt taking sleep tracking into account because not everyone uses that, the support would be my main reason for recommending something locally available.
