Simple question - which one do I go for?
The Flip is $99, the Charge is $149 (basically 50% more)
The sound quality is apparently pretty much the same, although the bass on the Charge is a bit better. (One reviewer did say that the Charge was much better, but all of th ereviews I have seen seem subjective, with no-one quoting actual specs)
The Flip uses a crappy AC adaptor to charge and the Charge uses USB.
The Charge has a master USB port to allow you to charge a phone, and has a much bigger battery - 12 hours playback.
The Flip has a speaker phone function (which I really don't see me using).
Having typed that out, I'm leaning towards the Charge.
