JC2 - Duplicate CD key

Hi Guys

I need to know what to do, on saterday i purchased JC2 , when i tried installing it steam gave me an error that the product key is a duplicate, so i cant install it. bought it at CNA. its to much pt to do the hole valve thing making copies of the DVD case, product key and the sending it to them. Will CNA give me another game with a key thats usable? or must i do the steam thing to reset key?

Easiest is just take it back to CNA and say you want another copy of it. Print out the dup cd error if you can.
