dont bother with trying to get it inside HOL/HOS - too hard.

You taking things out of context. I said it has a higher drop chance. ie drop % (and it officially does). I do agree on the other things u said and I myself farmed it outside on the mobs I mentioned.

I never even knew about this Jeeves recipe I actually loot all the mobs I can for the engineering mats. it was pure luck I got it. The farming I had to do wasn't for the recipe but the mats. It really does take ALLOT of mats to make the different Repair bots, Titansteel and what not. But it was all very well worth the effort

Now I'm grinding to get 13k gold to make myself a chopper for resale. The biggest problem I have is that no one actually does Ulduar anymore so I don't get a chance to loot the expensive parts from the 3 bosses in there. Farming 13k gold is no joke

Is this the recipe or Jeeva's himself? And do you perhaps have the mobs name?

He means Library Guardians (the gnomes) in Storm Peaks between Ulduar & Grom`arsh Crash Site. Same dudes that drop the SCRAP-E Access Card, a "pre quest" for Jeeves (Scrapbot Construction Kit x 20 needed for Jeeves)

I'll be able to help out with a chunk of that. I've been clearing out my bank box. I'll check the guildbank as well for extra goodies to sell.
