I have a client asking whether or not his Asus Dark night 250gs will work in SLI with the same card in the JetWay 775 GT2 MB??

I see the boards got 3 PCe-X ports. Apparently the two outer are 8x and the middle green one is 16x.
Thoughts? Don't know why he wants this *** board but hey, not my choice.
