Are the people posting the job adds just plain lazy or just so stupid that they do not know what location means. Why do they list the job as ANYWHERE and when you read the add then it say that "*Only South Africans based in Cape Town will be considered for this role"

(or maybe I am the stupid one that does not know what anywhere means.)

This is one of the many, many reasons I stopped ever using Gumtree. Every person, regardless of where they are, thinks it's okay to post in every region and put a *location requirement* in the ad.
