yes I am, and it was a small company.
I handed my resignation and they asked really nicely if we could expedite the process because they are about to start some work that requires NDAs, and they didn't think the company would be top happy with 2 employees leaving right after learning all their secrets.

Your website needs smaller text its hard to read and hurts the eyes. the colours as well are tough of the eyes. good luck man

Best of luck to you! I think a lot of us would love nothing more than to go into something that we have control over (my current company is still stuck in the "client wants X"...we deliver X without formal specs, designs, blah-blah, etc.). Quite strange is that we're primarily a Microsoft shop yet recently our company decided to embark on this Apple iPad spiel that just doesn't make much sense to me.

For me personally I'd love nothing more than to take time out and to work on a few games designs that I and a buddy have (for something we've not seen done before) but the time and cost to take it to the market (or at least something we can propose to the market) is just a risk we're too chicken to take (maybe we need to be booted out of our current comfort zones?).
