Sup guys!!

I really hope anyone can help me with this problem i have.

I am moving to centurion next month and i just got offered a job in Boksburg.

I know its quite far, but thats just the problem... i don't know exactly how far

So what i'm asking from yuu guys is :: does anyone know the exact (or ~) distance from Centurion to Boksburg, the time it will take a less to no traffic and heavy traffic (8am and 5pm) and also the best route to take (it looked like the R21 is the best seeing as though the road links Pretoria and boksburg).

So if anyone could answer those question i'd be grateful

Thanx

Yoh!!! Thats very far... plus traffic... good luck.

lol

I would not take any job for any amount of money that involved that much travel.

That's the correct route, the R21 brings you straight to the airport and Boksburg is right there. Without traffic you're looking at about 35-45 minutes. With traffic, expect that to double.

Easily double, even triple...

This morning it was a complete parking lot cos of an accident. backed up from the airport almost all the way to pretoria.

Traffic along the R21 is a freak show !!!

IF you work flexi hours could could do it.

There is a road that runs parallel to the R21 free way, but that would test you reaction times every morning, pot holes is a understatement.

Just got back from Centurion.Took me 40min to drive to boksburg, traffic wasn't to hectic...worst time to be on that road would be a friday afternoon after 3.

move to boksburg dude.
with the petrol price going up again soon, you are going to spend all your money on petrol.

oh and you really really have to make sure you are on the road really early. Or do what everyone has started doing ... get a bike.
