Joe Belfiore is the manager of the Windows Phone Program at Microsoft. He is responsible for the design and software product definition of forthcoming generations of Windows phones and was previously general manager of the Windows eHome Division.
Before moving to the Windows Phone team, Belfiore was the corporate vice president of Zune Software and Service. At Mobile World Congress in 2010, he stated that he'd "been at Microsoft about 20 years". He came to Microsoft directly after graduation from Stanford University.
