John Dixon, a Gartner Research director, researches BPM methodologies and supporting technologies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the intent of providing practical, implementable solutions for Gartner clients.
Previously, Mr. Dixon built IT governance frameworks for IT infrastructure organizations (CobiT), delivered measurable improvements to critical IT infrastructure business processes (Six Sigma), and implemented and managed an IT-wide configuration management service with 4,000 users based on ITIL v.3 and ISO 20000.
