The 30-year-old actress filed for divorce from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star on Monday (23.05.16), citing irreconcilable differences and seeking spousal support, according to gossip website TMZ.

But the 52-year-old actor - who is estimated to be worth around $400 million - is now said to have filed a response through his lawyer Laura Wasser asking for Amber's maintenance claim to be turned down.

The couple are not thought to have put a pre-nuptial agreement in place before they tied the knot in February 2015.

Amber wrote in the divorce documents that they separated on May 22 - two days after the actor's mother Betty Sue Palmer passed away.

The woman is clearly a gold digger. It would be cheaper for him to do what the character" Charlie sheen" plays in "TWO AND A HALF MEN" and get the most experience and beautiful pros without all the hassle of divorce!.

Don't forget the "hassle" of HIV

But I always thought Amber Heard was lesbian or bi or bi curious or whatever. I swear I heard her say something like that in an interview once. So I never understood why she hooked up with Johnny in the first place.

Heard came out in 2010, at GLAAD's 25th anniversary event,[55] and has stated, "I don't label myself one way or another—I have had successful relationships with men and now a woman. I love who I love; it's the person that matters

Nah she gay... just a little confused. Poor thing.
But Johnny need to pay up! He had all the fun with this bi-curious one in his bed... I think that's worth a couple of bucks, no such thing as a free "ride"... /wink

Pay up scrooge!

Since he amassed his $400m fortune before meeting Amber , how much is she entitled to if he made like $10m since they married 15 months ago ?

She misHeard what Scissorhands means.

No prenup? Idiot.
An incredibly hot, young, blond bi chick crawls into your bed and you forget the prenup, you're 52 and stinking rich btw. He needs his head examined.

No penetration without litigation fool!!

Married for a year and she's a working actress and he accumulated the majority of that wealth prior to the marriage...can't see the need for spousal support. She should be embarrassed about claiming for it.

I'd set my sights higher.
Only risk with that is embarrassingly premature rain forcast

Amber Heard granted restraining order against Johnny Depp

A Los Angeles judge granted Amber Heard a temporary restraining order Friday against husband Johnny Depp, whom she claims has been abusive.
The actor was ordered to stay away from Heard. She wanted the same order to apply to her dog, Pistol, but the judge wouldn't go along, saying there was "insufficient showing of need to protect the dog."
Heard, 30, and Depp, 52, have been married since February 2015. Earlier this week, she filed for divorce.
