Joomla Dev wanted for small project

We have a small project we need to do for a client, preferably in Joomla, but we have no Joomla devs and it does not justify employing someone.

It is a rather simple site for an artist, who wants to promote herself online, so it will require some social network integration (youtube, facebook, twitter), maybe a blog, contact details, event details, downloads section(sample music, ringtones) gallery etc. So nothing majorly big. Downloads could possibly be stored in a DropBox public folder

We are based in Waterkloof, PTA.

We chose Joomla, as we want one of our in house graphic designers to maintain it. So the ideal candidate would be someone that could also give her some basic training.

I have not been in the office for some time, I have had some more feedback, and will respond next week, as soon as I have spoken to the relevant parties
 
Thanks to all that have responded. I have not been in the office for a while, but it seems that they have decided to go with Wordpress, as it is easy enough for our graphic designer to use.
