If one owns shares at company X(Taste LOL) is it possible to endup with negative balance ?

Ie. Invested 15K is it possible to end up with -20K balance?

No. Your R15k will just devalue down to a positive amount.
So if you bought 15000 shares at R1 each and now they only worth 66c each, then your R15000 is now only R10000.
