You can change the firmware in your linksys without any special cable... one of the firmware ofr the router is ddwrt at www.dd-wrt.com

There is no specific hardware definitions for cables for JTAG on the target end, let alone the other end of the cable. You have to be more specific in your requirements. Link to what you are trying to achieve, perhaps?
