The crime being Free Speech.
While there were no warrants for arrest for Uys in relation to any alleged involvement in the Crime Expo website, police used an unrelated warrant for charges of "fraud and forgery" to arrest him

I think a lot of people with vested interests have tried to smeer this person with many allegations. I doubt very much whether much of it is true.

We know this guy is FOS, but who's prosecuting him for 'fraud and forgery'? A bit vague.

Are you for real? Freedom of speech has limitations...if you are going to say something please attribute it to yourself. Juan Uys instead deceived thousands of people, taking their money and slandering prominent people. If anyone does that to me he'll get a nice letter from my lawyer but Juan Uys used the internet to target his intended victims.

SO they finally arrest the guy, after spending millions trying to catch him, it took months, and plenty of tax payers money. It just shows how far the ANC is prepared to go to stop somebody shouting the truth. Meanwhile, they, the ANC will do nothing about the rapists and murders that continue to murder and rape the whites in SA. Sad if you ask me, how about putting that money towards catching the real criminals in SA. Shame on you ANC.

Erm, no, the crime being some theft from a few years ago.
Remember they got Al Capone for not paying income tax.
Which probably means that at least one of his accusations hit close to the truth, and someone is trying to shut him down.

Believe it or not, but he's my cousin lol...We contacted his mom the other day and it seems that quite a bit of "allegations" against him were drawn back....makes you think, eh?
They say blood is thicker than water...well, maby so, but i still believe a person has to wait for the court-case to see what the end-conviction might be...As a kid he always had a big mouth, but not the kind of guy who would kill a person, as also has been speculated...Just for the record...LT, that no one knows what it actualy stands for is "Ludiwikus Theodorus"...his first names...

He was also caught with fake stories on that site
He was caught to be lying about the male prostitution site as well not to mention the lies about the GLA (Gay and Lesbian Alliance).
He was arrested on theft charges.
One of his greatest critics would be Simon Grindrod of the ID so are you to have us believe now that the ANC and ID have teamed up against him because he spoke the truth?
