Unsure too.
Seem those symbols are calculated from dividing the mark by 3.
That means for maths mark he got 4%. So he isn't brainless after all.

Yeah. Home affairs record for him is spelt Julius. The birth date is right though (and the middle name as well). If his name wasn't spelt wrong, I'd probably believe it!

He certainly has dumb friends as well. One of his mates, Lucky Ramashala started a CC called "CENTER FOR CONFLIC MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT" - http://www.cipro.co.za/2/Enterprise/Entry.aspx
The typo in the name was actually registered like that![]()

In the same vein, just as a matter of interest. I was watching the new earlier this evening and noticed that the SA representative at the UN has his country designating plaque upside down on his desk. LOL.
I rest my case as far as the credibility of the current gov. goes.
Actually, the upside down signage is used to show disagreement with the topic under discussion.![]()
More likely an indication that they don't UNDERSTAND the topic under discussion, or their @rse from their elbow.![]()
Doubt that, one usually sends one's countries best to represent it, to a world forumn. It's not like you see a Julius Malema giving a shout at the UN.
