Subsequent to my first posting I have been in contact with one of the owners of jump.co.za. I'd like to put on record that some of my comments could be construed as damaging to the company, and so I unreservedly withdraw the comments and apologise for having posted the comments without having made a better effort to resolve the situation amicably.
Jump have agreed to my request to cancel the order and will be crediting me with the amount deducted from my card. They have also been kind enough to give me a discount voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
