jumping adsl ping

hi, not sure if something is wrong with my adsl line. Ping seems to jump around alot, each ping differs by +-15ms. Don't know if it is normal, even download speeds are not constant NVidia driver and steam games, the download speed graph jumps around alot. Here is my line sync details, not sure if somebody can pick something up from this.
