Hey everyone

Long story short, I was with Webafrica for about 3 years and they installed the fibre line. Got tired of the service and moved to Vox. Now the Vox support is terrible so I want to try CISP as I have heard good things. Now from my understanding when I left Webafrica for Vox I didn't pay a installation fee as I left after the 1 year free installation clause. If I want to leave Vox I don't need to wait another year do I as there was no line installation done on their side?

It simply depends on the terms you agreed to with Vox, just query your cancelation terms with them.

I just checked it out now, it's says month to month and on the initial quote I signed it doesn't state anything about a line installation. So I reckon I will call them and double check before I submit the cancellation.
