Duties:
- Delivering “first time right” applications to the testing team
- Business requirements accurately analysed.
- Software developed and Implemented system.
- System testing conducted.
- Support system signed-off and handed over.
- Team members effectively mentored.
- Good UX design
- Ensure designs created concepts produced timely
- Attending to bugs allocated in a timely manner. Regular maintenance of existing systems
- Bugs logged and resolved. Checklist completed. Test Data Creation. Ensure timely regular maintenance of system.
- Development standards followed
- Implementation / utilization of TFS
- Preparing any required documentation needed (example CCB)
- Knowledge transfer & training of first tier support and knowledge transfer & training of fellow developers.
- Ensure that knowledge is shared with peers and support persons.
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
- Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures
