Duties:
- Desktop support : Outlook,Printing,Hardware,Viruses.
- Mobile phone and Tablet support : Android,Apple and Blackberry.
- Phone support : Team-viewer and RDP support.
- Installing and maintaining Windows servers : 2008,2012,SQL
- Installing and configuring ADSL Modems.
- Installing and maintaining Linux servers such as : CentOS,Untangle,Ubuntu,SME Server,Zentyal.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Mikrotik routers.
- Monthly and weekly reporting to Clients and Colleagues.
Requirements:
- Matric
- 1-2 Years experience.
- A+ and N+.
- Other qualifications will help : MCITP,MCSE,L+ etc...
- Must have own car and a valid code 8 driver's license.
- Ability to troubleshoot and come up with solutions.
- Good telephone and communication skills in English.
