Easy going company needs your skills.

Experience in .Net and SQL a must, no actual work experience is fine but you will have to show us something that you've done or can do.

You will also be required to do some on site support for our applications at our clients as well as some report writing.

Salary based on ability but you will be pleasantly surprised.

Lmao. In other words, to hell with what you can do, you need to create a fake personality in order to fit in with a bunch of other fake people...
 
There was a period in the early 2000's where I would sometimes get a patterned border around the outside of a CV (usually but maps of flowers or such) to make it more interesting/memorable... didn't make such a great impression, but they were memorable ;)

I like their requirement though. It's allowing them to assess culture fit just from the resume.
